Staff Training Program

Antech is proud of the ISO-standard training it offers its Zimbabwean staff.

Trainees are initially taught the skills necessary for a junior role in the lab, supervised by a senior staff member who monitors and documents their progress. When they are ready, the trainee takes both a written and a practical test to demonstrate their ability.

On-the-job training continues with employees working up the ladder to increasingly skilled roles. The top 20 per cent of employees are selected for training for the most senior tasks and responsibilities in the lab.
